What it is

Infrared heat, low light, and sound designed to move you — a studio built with intention around controlled strength, deep core work, and recovery. Some days we bring the heat, some days we keep it cool. Built for the half of training nobody talks about: mobility, deep core, joint health, and the work that lets you keep training hard for years without breaking. Think your favourite pilates class, elevated and led by your favourite HIIT instructor — lights, music, action.
